Work is progressing in balancing the game. NPCS (called agents or more specifically Staff and Sales) have abilities that affect how well they do their assignments--and how much it will cost the player!
- Speed -- how fast they move between their assignments
- Ability -- how well they do their job
- Awareness -- how quickly they react to changes in the environment
- Output -- what they can produce (or sell)
- Salary -- how much it costs to employ them!
